Debra Dewey has been performing with the Rosebud Burlesque Club in Saskatoon for the last three years, but sadly had to miss last year’s festival due to “The ‘vid”. Known for her quirky sense of humour and alarming lack of grace, Debra is always ready to perform for an appreciative audience.
