Hotsy Flashy may be a burlesque baby, but she’s no spring chicken. This red hot mama based in Vancouver originally hails from New York, and is thrilled to share her passion for everything from knitting to her ancestral Yiddish culture, her gift for storytelling, and her zest for entertaining. As a theatre artist she has worked on and off stage on work ranging from new plays for babies to Dada Cabaret, has served on the Vancouver International Burlesque Festival board, and is the artistic director of the Chutzpah! Festival of International Jewish Performing Arts. Pour yourself a tall cold one, because when Hotsy Flashy burns up the stage, the temperature will definitely rise.
